The Traffic and Street Lighting Division is responsible for the maintenance of more than 7,400 traffic signs in the Village. Each year, during the Spring, Summer and Fall months, Village personnel repaint all of the painted crosswalks, stop lines, arrows and lane markings. This Division, in conjunction with a private contractor, maintains the Village's 2,284 street lights and underground wiring.
