The lawsuit brought by Ryan Torino against both Mayor Flanagan and the Village of Garden City has been widely reported in the Garden The Garden City News and on social media.
The Village is pleased to report that the lawsuit was dismissed by the Supreme Court of the State of New York in a court decision issued on March 14, 2024. Not only did the Court hold that the action was time barred but also stated that “the parties remaining contentions have been considered and do not warrant discussion."
